Who is DataServ?
Established in 1994 and located centrally in West St. Louis County, DataServ is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of document and process automation solutions. We work with a growing roster of worldwide companies to streamline Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human Resources functions by eliminating paper and automating processes. Simply put, we are in the business of saving our clients money.
What is SaaS?
Software as a Service is a growing trend in the business world today as companies scramble to control costs and operate efficiently. SaaS allows companies to “rent” the software functionality they need. Software is delivered via a web-based model, eliminating upfront expenses, extensive training, ongoing maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, etc. DataServ specializes in document and process automation, delivering best practice solutions tailored to our client's needs more rapidly and cost effectively than is possible with traditional software.

What can I expect in the hiring process?
DataServ is seeking outstanding employees who enjoy hard work and fun. As such, we employ a number of steps in our hiring process to ensure that the proper individual is selected for each position. Our process will typically include a phone screen, a number of in-person interviews, pre-employment testing, a meeting with future co-workers, and finally drug testing and background checks.
DataServ is continuously seeking highly-qualified team members. As such, our job opportunities are broken down into two groups: current open positions and positions for which we are accepting resumes for longer term opportunities. The longer term opportunities are ones where we are seeking resumes of candidates so that we may get to know each other in preparation for a future open position.
