Is Revenue Leaking From Your Organization?
Revenue leakage is that portion of a company’s revenue that escapes due to mistakes, missteps or poor financial controls. CFO and Partner of DataServ, Kathi Haller, CPA, has observed companies struggling with this, but knows that many times, it’s not difficult to correct.
Kathi states, “Easy accessibility to a company’s documents, including orders, invoices, proof of delivery documents, and contracts, is the key to first being able to recognize problem areas then react with appropriate changes.
