We rely on DataServ Partners to provide a full spectrum of services and solutions to our clients. In addition to marketing and selling DataServ’s SaaS P2P, Q2C and H2R solutions, each brings their own specific knowledge and industry expertise to the prospect.

DataServ looks to align ourselves with Partners that are in one of the following categories:

  • Consulting Partners
  • Research/Analyst Partners
  • Press/Media Partners
  • Technology Partners

Partners of DataServ are compensated based on the level of representation they choose, either Reseller or Referring, and earn fees accordingly:

Reseller
Reseller Partners act as Sales Representatives for DataServ and independently sell our SaaS solutions. Commissions earned under this arrangement are higher and based on the DataServ Initialization Fee for the project.

Referring
Referring Partners are not actively selling a DataServ solution, but instead are responsible for identifying, qualifying and introducing DataServ to prospective clients with a project. Commissions earned under this arrangement are slightly less and also based on the eventual Initialization Fee for the project.

In addition to the Initialization commissions stated above, Partners in each category may also earn Residual Fee commissions. These commissions are based on the Ongoing Monthly Service Fees charged by DataServ to the client and last for the initial term of the contract, typically three to five years.
