DataServ Integration Experience
As a highly evolved document and process automation Software as a Service (SaaS) company, DataServ has successfully integrated our Finance and Administration solutions with many common business systems.
Due to the broad reach of certain vendors, we obviously have more experience interfacing with some systems such as Oracle, SAP and JD Edwards. However, our expertise has also been applied to lesser known names such as Cullinet, MK8 and Prophet 21. Because our clients are global and operate in very diverse industries, we have chosen to maintain vendor independence and continuously increase our integration experience. As an example of this depth of expertise, the following chart lists some of the vendors DataServ has integration experience with:

Our role usually does not include any coding on our client's systems, although we work with many client IS teams as well as outside consultants (either hired by our client or retained by DataServ) to design and build consistent, high-performance, stable system interfaces with the above systems.
Our Image Retrieval Integration consists of a simple URL embedded into a client’s system that allows a document to be securely pre-fetched from DataServ and quickly displayed for the user with no evidence of the actual complexity of that transaction. Because this type of integration point is so web-native, it works well from any system that supports embedded links, i.e. most modern business systems. If that system is also web-based, it’s even easier to integrate with DataServ.
DataServ also interfaces with client's systems to exchange data related to the documents we process and manage. This interface typically involves a secure data transfer via an automated FTP-s process on a scheduled basis. Because this interface does not require any embedded linking it is completely system agnostic and has been successfully implemented with many legacy business systems.
DataServ takes responsibility for the scheduled data transfer from all clients. Our experts monitor and manage that connection as well as its relevant data around the clock to assure smooth, consistent performance. Whenever possible we utilize existing data interface tools and/or methods such as I-Doc and/or EDI systems with standard data exchange protocols.
