Unlike EDI and e-invoicing solutions, there is no requirement to drive changes through your whole supply chain. Your vendors merely continue to send you invoices via whatever means is most effective for them. Mailed paper invoices can be received by DataServ in our centralized digital mailroom in the US and Europe where we will open the mail, prep, scan and index the documents. EDI invoices can be received directly by DataServ on your behalf or forwarded from your existing systems. Vendors that can email and/or fax documents may continue to do so and we will capture these electronically on your behalf.
